Voltaren 1% Emulgel

It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects and is used for pain and inflammation after sprains, bruises and injuries of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints.

It is also used for localized forms of rheumatism of the soft tissues and joints.

Composition:

Per 100 g of gel: diclofenac diethylamine 1.16 g (equal to 1 g of diclofenac sodium).

Excipients: carbomers, cetomacrogol 1000, cocoyl caprylocaprate, isopropyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, fragrance, propylene glycol, water.

Properties:

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with pronounced analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties.

The water-alcohol base gives a cooling and soothing effect.

Indications:

For local treatment:

• post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints, for example after sprains, deformities and bruises
• localized forms of non-articular soft tissue rheumatism (bursitis, shoulder joint syndrome)
• localized forms of degenerative rheumatism, for example osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints and spine

Storage:

Store at a temperature not above 30 °C, out of reach of children.

Packaging:

Aluminium tube of 15 g, 25 g, 50 g or 100 g, in a cardboard box with the paper leaflet.
