Aerius 5 mg tablets

Aerius 5 mg film-coated tablets contain desloratadine, a long-acting second-generation antihistamine that does not cause drowsiness. It is used to relieve symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Desloratadine 5 mg

Excipients: dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, talc, lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol 400, indigotine (E132), carnauba wax and white wax.

Properties:

Desloratadine is a long-acting second-generation antihistamine. It prevents and eases allergic reactions, has antipruritic and antiexudative effects, reduces capillary permeability, and helps prevent tissue edema and smooth muscle spasm. It does not act on the central nervous system and does not cause drowsiness.

Indications:

• Relief of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis
• Relief of symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis
• Chronic idiopathic urticaria

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging:

Pack of 20 film-coated tablets, in blisters, with a paper leaflet inside the cardboard box.
