Aspocid 75 mg tablets

Aspocid 75 mg is a salicylate non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with a blood-thinning effect, based on acetylsalicylic acid. It prevents platelets from sticking together and is used for long-term (secondary) prevention of heart and blood vessel events in chronic conditions. It is not intended for emergency use.

Composition:

• Acetylsalicylic acid 75 mg per tablet.
• The 30-pack chewable version also contains excipients: mannitol and dextrose (glucose).

Properties:

Salicylate NSAID with a blood-thinning (antiplatelet) effect. It reduces platelet aggregation, which helps prevent clots.

Indications:

• Secondary prevention of myocardial infarction.
• Prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with stable angina pectoris.
• Unstable angina pectoris (except the acute phase).
• Prevention after coronary artery bypass grafting and coronary angioplasty (except the acute phase).
• Secondary prevention of transient ischemic attacks and ischemic cerebrovascular events, in the absence of intracerebral hemorrhage.
• Not intended for emergency situations; limited to chronic disease prevention.

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, out of reach of children.

• Cardboard box of 30 chewable tablets.
