Brufen 400 mg tablets

Brufen 400 mg is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that contains ibuprofen 400 mg per tablet. It relieves mild to moderate pain, lowers fever and reduces inflammation. It is used for rheumatoid arthritis, joint and soft tissue conditions, lower back pain, sprains and strains, painful menstruation, toothache, postoperative pain and migraine headache.

Composition:

Each sugar-coated tablet contains:

• Ibuprofen 400 mg

Excipients: corn starch, magnesium stearate, Opaglos Regular (NA-7150), acacia, sucrose, calcium sulfate, sodium CMC, Opalux Pink AS-1537, hard paraffin, talc, Opacode S-1-2779 (black).

Properties:

• Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic drug, a derivative of propionic acid.
• It has analgesic (pain-relieving), anti-inflammatory and antipyretic (fever-reducing) activity.

Indications:

• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Periarticular conditions (capsulitis, bursitis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis)
• Lower back pain
• Soft tissue injuries (sprains and strains)
• Mild to moderate pain: painful menstruation, toothache, postoperative pain, migraine headache

Storage:

Store below 30 °C, in a dry place, protected from light, out of reach of children.

Packaging:

Carton box with 3 blisters of 10 sugar-coated tablets each (30 tablets in total) and a leaflet.
