Panadol Migraine 250 mg / 250 mg / 65 mg tablets

Panadol Migraine is a combination painkiller and fever reducer with paracetamol, acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) and caffeine. It is used for headache, migraine, toothache, neuralgia, muscle and joint pain, painful periods and fever in colds and flu.

Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• paracetamol (acetaminophen) 250 mg
• acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) 250 mg
• caffeine 65 mg

Excipients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, povidone, propylene glycol, sorbitan monolaurate, titanium dioxide.

Properties:

Paracetamol relieves pain and reduces fever, with only a very weak anti-inflammatory effect. Acetylsalicylic acid has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects; it relieves pain quickly, especially pain caused by inflammation, and moderately inhibits platelet aggregation. At the low dose in this combination, caffeine has almost no stimulating effect on the central nervous system, but it helps normalise the tone of blood vessels in the brain and speeds up blood flow there.

Indications:

Pain of mild to moderate intensity of various origins:

• headache
• migraine
• toothache
• neuralgia
• arthralgia and myalgia (pain in muscles and joints)
• painful menstruation (algodysmenorrhoea)

Fever in colds and flu.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.
