Erastapex 40 mg tablets

Erastapex 40 mg contains olmesartan medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker. It is used to treat essential (primary) arterial hypertension, that is high blood pressure.

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

• Olmesartan medoxomil 40 mg

Excipients: lactose monohydrate, starch, magnesium stearate, talc, titanium dioxide.

Properties:

Antihypertensive agent, angiotensin II receptor blocker. It selectively blocks AT1 receptors, preventing the vasoconstrictor effect of angiotensin II, and reduces aldosterone secretion. It causes a dose-dependent, long-lasting decrease in blood pressure.

Indications:

Essential arterial hypertension.

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.
