Melanofree 4% cream

Melanofree 4% cream is a topical cream that contains hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin 0.05% and fluocinolone acetonide 0.01%. It is used for the short-term, intermittent treatment of moderate to severe melasma of the face, together with sun protection measures.

Composition:

Each 1 g of cream contains:

• Fluocinolone acetonide 0.01%
• Tretinoin 0.05%
• Hydroquinone 4%

Properties:

Hydroquinone 4% blocks melanin synthesis and evens out skin tone and color.

Tretinoin 0.05% exfoliates, rejuvenates and protects the skin.

Fluocinolone acetonide 0.01% reduces inflammation and helps heal the skin; the leaflet states a quick result within 8 weeks.

The product combines three active ingredients and is described as an FDA-approved formulation.

Indications:

Short-term, intermittent treatment of moderate to severe melasma of the face, used together with sun protection measures, including sunscreens.

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.
