Alerid 10 mg tablets

It is used to relieve allergy symptoms such as itching, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes and skin rashes.

It is suitable for seasonal and perennial allergic reactions and does not usually cause marked drowsiness at the recommended dose.

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

• Cetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg.

Excipients: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.

Properties:

• Cetirizine is a second-generation H1-receptor antagonist (antihistamine).
• Reduces itching, tearing and nasal congestion.
• Starts to act within 20–30 minutes after taking.
• Provides relief for up to 24 hours without strong sedative effects.

Indications:

• Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.
• Allergic conjunctivitis.
• Urticaria and allergic skin rashes.
• Symptomatic treatment of various allergic reactions.

Storage:

Store at +5°C to +25°C, in a dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
