Brufen 600 mg tablets

Brufen 600 mg contains 600 mg of ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug of the propionic acid group, in film-coated tablets. It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and joint and soft tissue conditions, and to relieve mild to moderate pain such as menstrual pain, toothache, postoperative pain and migraine headache.

Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Ibuprofen 600 mg

Excipients: corn starch, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, talc.

Properties:

Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic agent derived from propionic acid. It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic activity.

Indications:

• Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis
• Joint diseases such as capsulitis, bursitis, tendonitis, tenosynovitis
• Lower back pain
• Soft tissue injuries: sprains and deformities
• Relief of mild to moderate pain such as dysmenorrhea, toothache and postoperative pain
• Symptomatic relief of migraine headache

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, in a dry place, protected from light, and out of reach of children.

Packaging:

Cardboard box containing 3 blisters of 10 film-coated tablets each (30 tablets), with a paper leaflet.
