After Meals capsules

After Meals is a dietary supplement in capsules containing chamomile, ginger, anise, peppermint, fennel, bromelain and papain. It is intended to aid digestion.

Composition:

Each capsule contains:

• Bromelain powder 50 mg
• Papain powder 50 mg
• Chamomile powder 150 mg
• Ginger powder 70 mg
• Peppermint powder 25 mg
• Anise powder 25 mg
• Fennel powder 50 mg

Properties:

Papain is a digestive enzyme that helps the body digest and absorb proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Chamomile has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and helps relieve excessive gas, flatulence and colic. It is also used for diarrhea, dysbacteriosis and intestinal disorders.

Ginger is used to support normal function of the gastrointestinal tract and has a choleretic property.

Peppermint has antispasmodic and analgesic properties.

Anise reduces spasms of the smooth muscles of the intestine and stimulates glandular activity of the bronchi and intestines.

Fennel reduces appetite, increases intestinal motility and improves digestion.
