Antinal 200 mg capsules

Antinal is an intestinal antibacterial agent containing nifuroxazide 200 mg per capsule. It acts in the intestinal lumen and is used to treat diarrhea caused by intestinal infections and chronic intestinal infections such as colitis and enterocolitis.

Composition:

Each capsule contains:

• Nifuroxazide 200 mg

Excipients: starch, sucrose, croscarmellose, magnesium stearate, gelatin, titanium dioxide.

Properties:

Antibacterial agent. It acts against the microbial cell wall and membrane, reduces toxin production by microorganisms and supports immunity. After oral use it is practically not absorbed and acts in the intestinal lumen. It is effective against many gram-positive and gram-negative intestinal bacteria and helps prevent bacterial superinfection during enterotropic viral infection.

Indications:

• Acute intestinal infections with diarrhea
• Chronic intestinal infections: colitis and enterocolitis
• Dysbiosis of the intestine, as part of complex treatment
• Prevention of infectious complications during operations on the gastrointestinal tract

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.

Cardboard box containing 24 capsules (blisters of 12 capsules), with paper leaflet.
