Antinal 220 mg/5 ml suspension

Antinal is an intestinal antibacterial suspension containing nifuroxazide, made by Amoun. It is used for acute and chronic intestinal infections with diarrhea and for intestinal dysbiosis.

Composition:

Each 5 ml of suspension contains nifuroxazide 220 mg.

Excipients: carbomer, sucrose, sodium hydroxide (E 524), citric acid monohydrate (E 330), simethicone, methylparaben (E 218), banana essence, purified water.

Properties:

Antibacterial intestinal agent. It disrupts microbial metabolism and cell walls, reduces bacterial toxin production and supports immunity. It is practically not absorbed after oral use and acts in the intestinal lumen. It is active against many gram-positive and gram-negative intestinal bacteria and prevents bacterial superinfection during enterotropic viral infection.

Indications:

• acute intestinal infections with diarrhea
• chronic intestinal infections: colitis and enterocolitis
• intestinal dysbiosis, as part of complex treatment
• prevention of infectious complications during operations on the gastrointestinal tract

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.

Packaging:

• 60 ml glass bottle in a cardboard box, with a paper leaflet
