Antodine 40 mg film-coated tablets

It is used to treat and prevent stomach and intestinal ulcers, conditions with excess stomach acid, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with heartburn.

Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Famotidine 40 mg.

Properties:

Famotidine is a competitive blocker of histamine H2 receptors. It reduces the amount of acid secreted by the stomach.

Indications:

• Treatment and prevention of ulcers of the stomach and intestine.
• Conditions in which the stomach produces too much acid, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions in which acid passes from the esophagus into the stomach, causing heartburn.
• Heartburn, dyspepsia and stomach upset.

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in a dry place, out of the reach of children.

Packaging:

• Pack of 30 film-coated tablets.
• Cardboard box containing 1, 2 or 3 blisters of 10 tablets each, and a paper leaflet.
