Paramol 500 mg tablets

It is used for pain of mild to moderate intensity, such as headache, migraine, toothache, neuralgia and muscle pain, and for fever in infectious and inflammatory diseases.

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

• Paracetamol 500 mg

Excipients: starch, sorbitol, talc, magnesium stearate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium glycolate.

Properties:

Analgesic and antipyretic. It has analgesic, antipyretic and weak anti-inflammatory action.

The mechanism is linked to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, with a main effect on the heat-regulating centre in the hypothalamus.

Indications:

• Pain syndrome of mild and moderate intensity of various origins, including headache, migraine, toothache, neuralgia, myalgia, painful menstruation, pain from injuries and burns
• Fever in infectious and inflammatory diseases

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

Packaging:

• Pack of 20 tablets: cardboard box containing 2 blisters of 10 tablets and a paper leaflet.
